Charles is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Geo-Surfaces, GeoSport Lighting Systems, LLC and Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing. He has designed, coordinated, managed and/or installed more than 24,000,000 sq. ft. of artificial turf and the installation of more than 8,000 sport lighting fixtures. Charles is a voting member of the ASTM and a member of the American Sports Builders Association.

Charles’ installations include such high profile projects as the NFL Challenge Field in the Cayman Islands, LSU’s Alex Box Stadium and Tiger Park, the indoor practice facility for the UCLA Bruins, Louisiana Tech University’s baseball and softball fields. Charles’ lighting experience include such high profile projects as LA Tech University, Southeastern Louisiana University, McNeese State University, Southern Arkansas University, Henderson State University and two of the largest LED projects in the USA for the City of Ruston, LA and City of Broussard, LA. He has been intricate in the design and implication of new features in the GeoSport Metal Halide System and is the lead designer for the development of new options and technologies for the GeoSport LED systems.

Donny joined the Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing team in 2016 and leads the purchasing and logistics department. Donny has extensive experience in logistical services that includes serving as a National Account Representative with Graebel Vanlines. He managed local, regional and OTR transportation and logistics for the Batesville Casket Company and served as the Chief Operation Officer for Loadrangers, Inc., an OTR logistics provider from 2009-2016. Donny is a 1999 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO.

James joined the Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing team in 2017 to handle photometric designs and submittal documents. He oversees production and assembly of GeoSport Metal Halide and GeoSport LED lighting systems. James also assists in logistical matters as well as maintenance of various equipment and vehicles. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mark handles all of the in-house service and maintenance for the Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing equipment. He has over 25-years experience in mechanical, welding and electrical services. A military veteran, Mark has worked offshore and is also an experienced OTR Driver.

Alicia is one of Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing most experienced personnel on the sports lighting assembly line. She builds and oversees the building of electrical components including fixtures, ballast boxes, fuse boxes and disconnects as well as wiring harness assemblies for the GeoSport Lighting system components. Alicia is also an experienced OTR Driver and assists the logistics team with the delivery and pick up of products and equipment needed.

Alanna joined the Geo-Surfaces Manufacturing team in 2013 and is an intricate part of the construction and sports lighting team. Alanna handles concrete and forming design, installation work, and assists the team in the finishing stage of concrete pouring. In addition, Alanna supports the GeoSport Lighting team with components and parts assembly. Alanna is also a skilled designer and installer of high end graphic and logo artwork and lettering.
